Keep your listings accurate, safe, and trustworthy. Violations may lead to removal or suspension.

1. Accurate & Honest Listings 📝

  • Use clear, truthful descriptions.
  • Include condition, price, location, and details.
  • Upload real photos — stock or stolen images are prohibited.

2. Correct Category 📂

  • Post in the right category (Vehicles, Real Estate, Electronics, Services, etc.).
  • Avoid duplicating the same item across multiple categories.

3. Prohibited Items ❌

Do not post:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated items
  • Adult or explicit content
  • Weapons, drugs, or items banned by law

Magufy reserves the right to remove violating listings.

4. Pricing & Payments 💰

  • Display the price in local currency.
  • Avoid misleading or bait prices.
  • Complete transactions offline, using Lumicash or EcoCash.

5. Contact Information 📱

  • Share phone number or WhatsApp for buyers to contact you.
  • Do not post sensitive personal info in the listing description.

6. Communication & Conduct 💬

  • Be courteous and respectful in all chats.
  • Do not spam, harass, or threaten other users.
  • Resolve disputes politely offline.

7. Listing Updates & Expiration ⏳

  • Keep listings up-to-date.
  • Remove items once sold.
  • Avoid reposting the same item to gain visibility.

8. Reporting Violations 🚨

  • See a rule violation? Click “Report” or email andikira@magufy.com.
  • Magufy will review and take action.

9. Consequences ⚠️

Violating these rules may result in:

  • Listing removal
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Restriction from platform features

Tips for Successful Listings 💡

  • Write concise, clear titles.
  • Include at least 3 high-quality photos.
  • Respond quickly to inquiries to build trust.
