How to Create an Account

  1. Open your mobile browser and go to Magufy.com.

  2. Tap “Sign In” at the top right of the homepage.

  3. Choose how you want to create your account:

    • Google – fast and secure.

    • Facebook – connect instantly.

    • Email – enter your email, create a password, and confirm your account.

  4. Fill in your profile details: Name, Location, Phone Number.

  5. Tap “Save” to complete registration.

  6. You’re now ready to browse and post listings!

  1. Log in to your Magufy account.

  2. Tap the “+” (Sell/Post Ad) button.

  3. Select the category for your item:

    • Vehicles, Real Estate, Electronics, Services, etc.

  4. Fill in your listing details:

    • Title – e.g., “2-bedroom apartment in Bujumbura”

    • Description – include key details: condition, price, location

    • Price – enter in local currency

    • Photos – upload 3–5 clear images of your item

  5. Tap “Submit” or “Post Listing”.

  6. Your listing is now live and visible to all users!

  1. Browse or search for items you want on the homepage.

  2. Tap a listing to view details and photos.

  3. Scroll down to “Contact Seller”.

  4. Choose your preferred method:

    • Chat via Magufy – instant messaging within the platform

    • Call / WhatsApp – if the seller shared their number

  5. Ask any questions or arrange a meeting/purchase.

  6. Once agreed, complete the transaction offline or as instructed by the seller.

  7. After your experience, you can leave a rating or review for the seller to help build trust.

Creating an account and browsing listings is free. Premium features, such as highlighted or promoted listings, may have fees.

1. Search for the item using our search bar or categories.
2. Click on the listing to view details.
3. Use “Message Seller” to contact the seller and arrange payment and pickup/shipping.
4. Complete the purchase safely according to the seller’s instructions.

Magufy.com does not handle returns. Return policies are determined by each seller. Always confirm terms before purchasing.

Check the seller’s ratings, reviews, and listing history. Always communicate through Magufy messages to maintain a secure record.

Magufy.com does not process payments. Use secure methods like cash in person, bank transfers, or third-party services. Confirm with the buyer/seller before completing the transaction.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it via your registered email.

We use secure servers and encryption to protect your personal data. Your email, contact info, and messages are never shared publicly without consent.

Use the “Message” button on their listing. This keeps communication secure and on record.

Yes. Ensure your account settings allow email notifications. Messages also appear in your Magufy inbox.

Prohibited items include illegal products, counterfeit goods, unsafe items, and services violating local laws. Check our Prohibited Items Guidelines before posting.

Click “Report” on any listing or contact support via the Help / Contact Us page.

Magufy.com connects buyers and sellers but does not mediate transactions. We provide guidance and reporting tools for safe use.
