Create a Magufy Account on the Web

To create a Magufy account on the web, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Magufy.com and click on “Sign In.”
  2. On the Sign Up / Log In pop-up, choose how you’d like to set up your account:
    • Register to Register with Email: Set up an account using your email address and a unique password.
    • Bandanya na Facebook: Create your account using your Facebook credentials.
    • Bandanya na Google: Establish your account using your Google account details. For more information, refer to support.google.com.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the account setup.

Note: You cannot reuse an email address associated with a deleted Magufy account. If you’ve deleted your previous Magufy account and are creating a new one, you must use a different email address for your login credentials.

Choose an Appropriate Username

Upon creating a Magufy account, you’ll be required to enter a username. This username will be visible on your public profile to other Magufy users and represents you or your business. You have the flexibility to use your real name, business name, or a nickname. Ensure that the chosen name is respectful and appropriate for the community. Your username significantly contributes to your reputation and can influence whether buyers or sellers choose to engage with you.

Adhere to the following guidelines while selecting your username:

  • Your name should not contain offensive, profane, violent, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
  • It should not be deliberately misleading, confusing, or intentionally similar to other usernames or businesses. Avoid impersonation or misrepresentation.
  • The username should not imply harassment, advertising, phishing, or spamming other users.
  • Avoid including contact information like phone numbers or email addresses in your username.

Secure Your Account

After creating your account, it’s crucial to take additional steps to ensure its security. We highly recommend verifying your contact information immediately. This step enables Magufy to enhance account protection using two-factor authentication and other verification methods.
