1. How to Create an Account
Open your mobile browser and go to Magufy.com.
Tap “My Account” at the top right of the homepage.
Choose how you want to create your account:
Google – fast and secure.
Facebook – connect instantly.
Email – enter your email, create a password, and confirm your account.
Fill in your profile details: Name, Location, Phone Number.
Tap “Save” to complete registration.
You’re now ready to browse and post listings!
2. How to Post a Listing
Log in to your Magufy account.
Tap the “+” (Sell/Post Ad) button.
Select the category for your item:
Vehicles, Real Estate, Electronics, Services, etc.
Fill in your listing details:
Title – e.g., “2-bedroom apartment in Bujumbura”
Description – include key details: condition, price, location
Price – enter in local currency
Photos – upload 3–5 clear images of your item
Tap “Submit” or “Post Listing”.
Your listing is now live and visible to all users!
3. How to Contact Sellers / Buy Items
Browse or search for items you want on the homepage.
Tap a listing to view details and photos.
Scroll down to “Contact Seller”.
Choose your preferred method:
Chat via Magufy – instant messaging within the platform
Call / WhatsApp – if the seller shared their number
Ask any questions or arrange a meeting/purchase.
Once agreed, complete the transaction offline or as instructed by the seller.
After your experience, you can leave a rating or review for the seller to help build trust.
